Yoga, “union” in Sanskrit, is a science of self-transformation. Yoga practice aims at bringing together our mind, body, soul and spirit, to attain oneness, purity, peace.
​
During the 6 weeks, we will focus on proper form, alignment and benefits of physical postures. You will also learn basic yoga philosophy, breathing techniques and receive basic meditation coaching. Each class builds on the previous one and at the end of the session, you will get personalized sequences to practice on your own.
This one on one serie will give you confidence and knowledge to continue your future yoga journey.
